Pros

nothing to say. few managers are ok but management is too bad.

Cons

Everything. Dictatorship type of leadership. Few managers treat you so bad. No concern on employees. Aggressive behaviour by managers and the organisation does not address or show concern if a complaint is made on aggressive managers. They insult you and always talk negatively even if you try to do your best.

Pros

Flexible working hours depending on which Director one works for. Friendly and understanding HR. Problems and issues are sorted out easily.

Cons

Only certain sections of the work force are recognized and rewarded. There is a big discrepancy between the recognition and rewards between the personnel working for different Directors. Salary revisions are bad. Hardly and upswing.
