This company pay low wage

Pay is a little less than peers on similar contracts

Management team is in denial. They constantly sweep issues under the rug. Employees run after a few months. Management are bullies and have no respect. Company culture is a joke. Salaries, pay raises and bonuses are pathetic. They are always hiring because they can’t keep their employees.

Benefits can be expensive for what they are

*HR department is pretty much non-existent / very slow to respond. *The pay is below what other contract companies offer here in Germany *Due to the contract having to be rebid every couple of years the stability of the position is reliant upon the company winning the next bid or the willingness of the next company to re-hire the current staff.

Hostile Atmosphere is always maintained by leadership.

This company is not one for pay increases, not even cost of living raises. Been working for them for a few years and not a single salary increase even with excellent yearly reviews.

Only 10 days PTO. Weak, inexperienced yet arrogant and intrusive leadership. Non-responsive to expressed needs of team members. Double-standards in treatment of employees. Corporate non-responsive to complaints about these topics.

Could feel micromanaging at times.
