Organization is mission-driven and highly organized; great workplace culture and staff dynamic; senior managers are supportive, highly knowledgeable, and committed to ethical and transparent practices; there's a strong org-wide commitment to ensuring employees are able to prioritize self- and family care; salaries are competitive and benefits generous; DEI work is ongoing, meaningful, and prioritized throughout the work.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any substantive cons to working at Climate Solutions. Individual employees' workloads are often heavy, but this is offset by supportive supervisors and the strong culture of teamwork.
