Still a climate-tech startup so the usual issues of sudden restructures, client-reactivity, fires spin up and weekends disappear

- CX is an org full of individuals that are driven to build - Fun, communal workspace without toxic traits found in many tech startups - Inspiring leadership with compelling vision for the trajectory of the company with mission oriented focus

- startup chaos not for everyone - lack of work life balance at times to push development and innovation timelines
