Pros

- Really nice employees, with a 'we're all in this together' attitude - some teams are more stable than others - Office happy hours, keg, parties.I had a pretty good social life here.

Cons

- Revolving door of talent... they hire great people, then don't treat their employees right, and they leave. Average employee jumps ship after a year - Disrespect and unprofessional attitude from management - Near total disregard for doing things the RIGHT way .. focused more on getting things done quickly than correctly, leading to problems with clients - Lack of proper training for staff

Pros

At the time the location was in the North End and it was small but really nice A few very nice people worked there with me, though not many stayed around Some coworkers played basketball a few times together and grabbed a few beers after work which was fun Most of us formed a bond due to our new common enemies If you love cold calling to make sales, I've got news for you! You might make "Director" of something in a year if you somehow stay that long!!

Cons

Pay was very low for the market Work life balance did not matter to management, get in early and leave late You were expected to not leave before the CEO (who worked late but lived around the corner) At first I ate my packed lunches outside and enjoyed the views but it soon became obvious that this was frowned upon and that I should eat while working at my desk Benefits were not very good at all, specially for a company in the healthcare field I was handed tons of additional work when somebody quit (I got all their clients/accounts) and got no extra pay, title or benefits at all - just extra work and less free time! They added lots of sales responsibilities to the marketing roles including making dozens of cold calls daily - which the CEO tracked There was no down time or privacy in the office (open concept/glass) There was beer and liquor downstairs but no time to ever drink it Very little training any time I had new responsibilities added Not much room for growth, maybe one step above what you are hired for I was constantly talked down to, belittled and even sworn at by the founders This was very much a stressful sweatshop atmosphere not a family one

Pros

They're always hiring! (Because their turnover rate is so high.) They try to have office activities once in a while.

Cons

Management is awful. Work/Life balance is nonexistent, because they give you so much homework. They pretend to be a casual, trendy office to make up for how poorly their company is run.
