      Pros

      Amazing team spirit, feedback culture with everyone, founders are very keen on doing the best for the team and supporting everyone individually, everyone is treated as equals, the field of tasks is very broad and comes with responsibility, your strenghs are taken into consideration when it comes to your tasks and everyone has a lot of freedom in their work.

      Cons

      Because the team is pretty small, it sometimes feels like a lot of pressure is on everyone - The founders work hard on making it comfortable for everyone though!

      Pros

      The team at Cliniserve is great! Everyone is very supportive and also the founders are always open for feedback and ideas. You also get included in many decisions and you can take responsibility.

      Cons

      It's actually not an contra but you should be aware that working in a start-up probably requires more proactivity than working in a bigger company, also for interns and working students. But actually it's very good because you learn a lot and get a lot of responsibility!
