      Pros

      Young coworkers (pro and con), helping the environment, laid back office atmosphere, can use drugs and still work there,

      Cons

      Limited/no parking, unprofessional upper management, unnecessarily critical management, poor pay, weak benefits, HR nightmare, wild swings from day to day in management temperament, never practice what they preach, core values are a joke.
