The CEO, Assim Gupta, treats employees poorly, often burdening them with too much work and low pay. Management lacks knowledge of industry trends, causing problems with US clients. Communication is unprofessional, with the CEO frequently using disrespectful language in meetings. The management makes decisions that don’t benefit employees and often treats them unfairly. Managers and HR are unresponsive, rarely answering emails. Upon leaving the company, former employees may even find their contact blocked, with no further response. The work culture is negative, with poor staff behavior and unreliable practices. Deepika, a PHP developer, also exhibits poor and unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against joining this company to protect your career and peace of mind.
