      Pros

      I honestly can't think of any.

      Cons

      Low pay, very high turnover, no caring about any personal situations, horrible work environment (I'd suggest requesting a walkthrough before working there paying close attention to the demeanor they've instilled in people...try to find anyone that looks happy), no advancement opportunities and sadly I could keep going on from here. Senior management is hardly ever seen and for good reason...they don't care about any of the workers. When they're there, they are pretty much always in their office.

      The Hours are decent there.

      Cons

      They don't train you and expect you to know within a week how to work the system. A lot of family works there.

      Pros

      The management team is very respectful and helpful. It's a very detail orientated company where they strive for customer satisfaction through service, cooperation, and dedication. The entire team there is very professional, and committed to providing the best available product that the industry can provide.

      Cons

      I'm required to write the downside about working here, but I haven't one bad comment to share. You as an employee are required to do your best to ensure that you support the teams goals, and objectives. You bring what you have to offer, and they will provide the rest to make you the best you can possibly be.
