Fast growing SaaS company with a culture that encourages all employees to be a leader starting on day 1. There are no egos, everyone is treated with respect, and ideas to improve are welcomed. The product is outstanding and we take immense pride in helping our clients. It is a company where we work hard, constantly have fun, and stress the ability to create your own growth path.
Cons
None that affect me. We are a small company and we all wear multiple hats but I view that as a positive because it is a great learning experience.
