Pros
Used to have a great culture, great people to work with. The management and co-founders some 3 years ago were creative, respectful, had a vision and knew how to achieve it,
Cons
Changing CEOs at an average of 1 every 3 quarters, acquiring a new company and handing over the reins entirely, pushing people out without any consideration, extremely arrogant. The fact that low compensation was an issue was still fine to live with when the people we worked with great and we had a good time and felt there was a direction at the bare minimum.
