      Working on Multiple Technologies that are very advance in Market Selection process is exercise driven rather than telephonic or perception based hiring . HR team is supportive in terms of grievance handling, Reimbursements, issue resolutions. Liberty to work with any technology or project in which you are interested. CloudCover sponsers certifications, trainings and seminars for employees. Flexibility in leaves approval, working hours, work from home.

      Cons

      They are getting better at it but a long way to go.

      -Working around with some smart people who are very passionate about what they do! - Strong collaborative work culture - Freedom to explore new things - great onsite opportunities -work from home at critical times to balance priorities - Very good Hike - many more.....
