Unhealthy experience with less benifits and poor policy

I learned how to work in pressure and unhealthy environment.
Cons
1. Company appraisal policy is very poor. I got 2 appraisal in 4 years with the organisation. Due to covid company has suspended appraisal of previous years (2018- 2020) also and not even provided bonus amount till (2021) for the years 2018 to 2020. 2. No agile environment, daily scrum meeting time is minimum 1 hour and max 3 hours. 3. Poor project management. Long working hours on daily basic. 4. Management never look into the team what is happening with employees and why people are leaving the organisation and why people are sitting late in office and late if working from home. 5. HR department is the poorest in the company even if being HR people they are never polite with the employees. They even dont bother to reply of employee email for weeks.
