Pros

I can’t state any at this time.

Cons

Difficult place to work, lots of office politics and wanting you to be fully in even outside your contracted hours. Not much room for progression, pay and holiday allowance very bad. Long hours and expected to go above and beyond for free. No HR so can’t turn to anyone if things are bad.

Work Environment Tough

Pros

I cannot comment on one good thing here.

Cons

- Lack of diversity, MD also makes strange comments about race and at times was misogynistic, I felt sorry for my female colleagues. - Most of the people employed are either friends, family or in a relationship with the MD. This means you are unable to turn to anyone with HR issues. - Poor work life balance, they expect you to be involved every minute of the day and if you don't you will be seen as undedicated to the company. - Poor pay and benefits (don't believe the reviews or LinkedIn posts!) - Poor H&S management - No opportunities for growth. - I had extremely bad mental health after working here. - Bad holiday allowance.
