      Pros

      Being a Fresher, I was honoured to be the part of CoCubes. Like every other college passout student, I was nervous but I ended up being the most happiest. There is no one "BOSSY", Everyone is very soft spoken and Friendly. I ended up having the best of the memories from CoCubes :)

      I have found no cons at all.

      1-Awesome work culture 2-Your leadership not only helps you grow professionally but also personally. 3-Decent pay but at the same time ample career growth opportunities. 4-Your seniors are always ready to help but at the same time gives you space to breath and grow. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      Fixed salary for freshers should be increased.
