Cons
Through and through, this was a terrible product to work on. The amount of work our team put in, which was ultimately directed from management, yielded little to no results and initiatives were all over the place. For something as simple as delivering a great communication experience for coaches and athletes, came a barrage of confusion on all fronts; nobody knew what to do or act on.
