      None I can think of at this time

      Cons

      Inappropriate behaviour from management and lack of support. Unreasonable expectations on all staff with no real accountability from higher ups when people inevitably fail due to the ridiculous high demand of work put on them.

      Some of the team were nice to work with.

      Cons

      Turnover and job security is ridiculous - I saw over 10 people leave within a year and it’s a very small company. Bullying tactics common practice. No accountability for how staff are treated.

      pay is good, the general staff are very good.

      Cons

      The management are incompetent and frequently displayed toxic behaviours towards employees. Staff turnover is extremeley high and the leadership regularly uses bullying tactics as a managment tool.
