      Abusive employer, Caustic Environment.

      Pros

      If you enjoy being verbally abused, threaten and under payed: this is your place

      Cons

      Management is unable to cope with the day to day pressure, and will put their frustrations on their employees. The working rules will change on an hourly basis depending on the mood. It's extremely difficult to help a customer over the the phone when your manager is yelling at your face, and does not motive the rest of your employees in the room.

      Well, the project was a relatively good idea.

      Cons

      Owners are a wife and husband. They are erratic, moody, dysfunctional, paranoid, and rather unstable at times. Every day that you walk in, you never know if you will be treated warmly (it's fake, they want something,) or they are screaming and belittling you or someone else in front of everyone. This place is hazardous to your health. Stay Away! Or you will regret your time there.

      Pros

      The office is not huge so close relationships form quickly. There is more of a family-like atmosphere, unlike previous jobs I have had that felt too corporate. There are many long-term employees who are passionate about what they do, which makes this a great place to work.

      Cons

      This type of office setting is not for everyone. If you like your work to be the same every day and you want to get by doing minimal work, this will not be a good fit for you.
