      Pros

      One of best companies to work for but Not in South Asia. Great products where you can make an impact by changing lives

      Cons

      South Asia leadership is highly autocratic and lives far away from reality. People close to the leadership in key roles are highly incapable and continue to be in that position just because of “yes Mam” . Highly toxic work culture under pretence of a progressive organisation. Gossips and silly activities takes front seat with no sense on what are the business priorities. Pleas don’t go by the positive reviews they written under pressure form the current leadership. Seems like APAC leadership is unaware about al the things happening in India.

      Unmatched product technology but toxic culture to work

      Pros

      Worlds best technology. Great global culture. Systematic and process oriented. Pioneer in oats segment for 40+ years.

      Cons

      Single woman management in South Asia. 100% autocratic. Highly judgemental. “Yes Mam” culture. Boot lickers can expect some career growth. Gossips and secondary tasks get more priority than sales. Management decisions are extremely biased and based on personal fans and whims. Under-performers with proven track record of failures are promoted due to “Yes Mam” attitude. The entire tenure might turn out to be a waste of time out of entire career.

      Pros

      A fantastic place for your ambitions to die and skills to wither away! If you miss your school days, this is the perfect place for you relive the nostalgia by getting constantly tutored and being told what to do, how to speak, how to look, being judged on quiz marks and gossip. As long as as you say “yes ma’am” you’re good to go! The more you obey the more you will be valued.

      Don’t fall for any 5 star review here. They are orchestrated by the cult that drives this place. You will spend most of your time here doing odd jobs (like writing a good review here) to please this cult, or will end up becoming a member yourself. There is no room for actual business development, strategy, career progression or innovation in the India office. Don’t think twice before rejecting an offer to join here! This place is definitely worse than wherever you are right now. The grass is greener on your side for once.
