      Good Softwares. Good ideas. Bad executions

      Pros

      Innovative softwares. Openness. Small company, room for growth.

      Cons

      Look elseware if you are applying for a job. Very lengthy inerwiew process. No CV is kind of a gimmick. They don't evaluate well. You may be lucky if you get through or else you will not be given job on the basis of something not even discussed in the interviews. Some bosses are old school and egoist. Doesn't fit into a company with new kind of policies.
