Access to big brands across many industries

Cons

Terrible and dated work culture. Senior management only thought about themselves, they were quick to take the credit for any accomplishments and throw their subordinates under the bus when things when wrong with clients. Very little opportunities for growth. The churn rate was huge.

People are great mostly. Good location.

Cons

Little to no on boarding, lack of clarity and vision, sink or swim and sometimes contradictory management styles that are coupled with an unstable platform, lack of transparency, low morale, high staff churn, and stress. Playing at being a software company in the digital transformation space.

Code was team focused and so felt a family working together towards a goal. Everyone supports each other and tried to achieve things together. If you are a slacker, you will quickly be found out. It really is a great company to work for!

Cons

No real cons, if you are afraid of upper management and brilliant adaptive minds, you should probably steer clear
