Pros

Codecrew is a great place to work. All of my colleagues are based out of separate countries. However, the process and management team are so great that they make it easy for the Team. The team managers are so supportive and the work culture is so good. The leave policy and benefits are great and I feel fortunate to be a part of CodeCrew.

Excellent environment to work, grow and learn. Everyone at CodeCrew are always there to give a hand when needed, with patience and kindness to help you go through every process from the begining. I think their core values talk a lot about how they got this far, each part that makes CodeCrew possible is because of teamwork, responsibility and consistency. I highly recommend this company, their work is just amazing and I love the way everything's organized and functional. They are always keeping an eye on what needs to be improved, giving meaningful feedback and taking care of helping you to achieve the best results.
