      - Get authority to handle tasks on own - Work as a one-person team, get to learn a lot of good stuff - Take leadership for a lot of functions & processes

      Cons

      - Listen to lectures because you took initiatives for things & they took time to setup - CEO is always there to micro-manage you every single minute - At the time of pay, your work is not given value and compared to an unpaid intern. (Pathetic experience)
