*Management is amazingly cheap. The only online courses we get are free courses, there's a company event about once a year and its not that impressive, we only use free tools without paid subscription and that's really uncomfortable, most of our computers are absolute garbage.
*Salaries for developers are among the lowest in the field.
*Technologies aren't up to date.
*Projects are always chaotic(No pre-characterisation of projects, never thinking ahead, always follow the requests of the clients even if its obviously a mistake)
*No job security. People come and go quickly. Many employees just suddenly disappear without any explanation.
*No reward for hard work or extra time, including weekends.
*Management lies and feels fake.
*The environment is very supportive, but not a single employee appreciates the company which is very depressive.
*Very easy to enter, which is terrible if you aren't a junior. We have developers that didn't go through a single professional interview.
