With in the last couple of years this company has turned from good to ugly.The new owner Vishwa Prasad has no morale or ethics running a company.He doesnt want intelligent people working for him.He just needs some cheap H1B bodies working in client place and make him money.He is well supported by the so called President Mark Meyer. Many smart folks who worked in codesmart has left the company and found employment somewhere else.

New management has really changed the culture of the company, which is unfortunate since the company used to be amazing. If you are considering employment here, I would recommend that you keep looking.
