Pros

They will not give you any benefit except two time tea.

Cons

Management Behavior: The CEO and CTO exhibit unprofessional behavior. They are not sharp in their leadership approach and often resort to bullying. The CTO, in particular, makes fun of employees in front of others, hiding behind the excuse of making jokes, and uses inappropriate language. Strict Time Policy: The office allows only a 10-minute grace period for arrival. If the office time is 10:00 AM, you must arrive by 10:10 AM. If you are even one minute late beyond that, your half day salary will be deducted at the end of the month. Additionally, any minor mistake, such as being late after breaks or not responding promptly on Slack to the CEO, will result in penalty. This penalty is like the CEO ordering food of his choice for himself and for the entire office (35–40 employees) and deducting the cost (ranging from PKR 5,000 to 30,000) from the employee’s salary, depending on the salary. Damage Liability: If any office property, like a laptop, chair, or table, is damaged, the employee responsible will be charged the repair cost. In one instance, I witnessed two colleagues who were sitting with me—one accidentally knocked over a cup of tea, which spilled onto the table and the nearby laptop. The laptop was damaged, and both individuals were charged PKR 10,000 for repairs. Provident Fund: The company offers a provident fund, but there’s a catch. They only give back the amount deducted from your salary, not the standard double contribution. Furthermore, if the CEO is dissatisfied with your performance, they may withhold the fund entirely. I personally witnessed employees who served their full notice period, only to face severe deductions from their final salary. At the time of their last salary, they were given an ultimatum: either accept the provident fund (which is essentially their own money) or receive an experience letter. They were forced to choose one or the other. Advice: If you're not exceptionally savvy or able to navigate this toxic environment, I advise against joining this company. It’s crucial to research thoroughly, read reviews, and speak to former employees before making a decision.
