      Nice developers, easy to work with No meetings Freedom Customers

      Cons

      Really small payments. Don't quit your current job, because CodersClan doesn't offer full-time. One day you will have 2 hours, another 2 days you will have nothing. Nobody able to help you with your problems. They lie and send you to another person.

      You get to work with many talented people across the globe. The projects are fun and challenging.

      Cons

      Deadlines can be very tight and brutal due to management issues. Depending on your project manager, you might have issues with communication as well, although this is rare.

      Interesting Projects together with a great team and the ability to work remote is great for freelance developers. You also get paid regularly each month and don’t have to worry about customer communication or sales.
