I'm not sure you can find a better work environment. Every single member of the team, including the owners and management, are smart, creative, and awesome people. Creativity and collaboration are encouraged, learning is fostered, and fun is had. I love my job.

Cons

If you want a run of the mill, old school, in at 9 am out at 5 pm job Codesigned might not be a good fit. I really can't think of any cons.
