      Pros

      Lot of opportunity to learn. Senior management is easily approachable. Very experienced folks in senior management. Opportunity to learn a lot from them on analytical skills, effective communication, people management, deck preparation etc.

      Cons

      There might be cases where you might to quickly switch gears between projects very quickly.

      Certain seniors who took you under their wing and added a lot in terms of development and learning. Unfortunately most of them have left

      Politics, groupism, certain seniors - especially top management will provide oppurtunities selectively and run things according to their whims

      Pros

      Being a relatively small company, each individual gets the opportunity to do multiple things and grow at a very fast pace. I have been with other bigger employers in this space and the learning is limited to just a piece of work. The management is extremely empathetic and the value the contribution of each team member. It is a good pay master as compared to other analytics companies.

      Cons

      Nothing at all. I have been given opportunities very early in my career and have been recognized for my contributions.
