Pros
They are not a truly functioning company - they continually raise more and more 'investment' in order to keep alive, they don't actually have a revenue generating product. They continue to hope that someone will purchase their patents and their patents alone.
Cons
The product does not have any end to end solution and cannot solve concrete problems. So the company has no customers, no income, and it totally relies on investments. The company does not pay superannuation and stops paying salaries.
