      The Indian arm of CognitiveScale is badly managed

      Pros

      Free Lunch and snacks and a great team of developers and the pros end there

      Cons

      Micromanagement in day to day work The onsite travel policies are very bad. Part of the per diem is paid when the employee returns back to India. The BA and architects get no information from the clients and blame it on the devs for not completing work, or not meeting the requirements(when there were none to begin with)
