      Pros

      The mix of electro optical mechanical embedded hardware and software technology is exciting. Ann Arbor is a great place to live and work.

      Cons

      The company has had financial struggles for the last 10 years limiting the investment in resources. Software is dominated by one individual who can be difficult to get along with.

      small firm, get to know everyone in the firm,easy to work around. it's in the expansion mode... have offices worldwide.

      Cons

      no training, no advancement program. for new employees, this company doesn't have a good training program for people to progress. For newcomers, you may find the company is not very welcoming...
