      Commitment to excellence, training and certification Family and health comes first - really ! Sincere efforts to achieve work life balance Cohesive partners are good people Collaborative place to work

      Cons

      Nothing unusual - consulting can be demanding. Travel is the norm and it comes with delays and lay overs compliments of the weather and an anemic airline industry

      Company Sold to Bentley Systems. No longer a family run organization.

      It was a great company, with respect and trust for its employees.

      Cons

      Now owned by Bentley Systems. Overwhelming bureaucracy and below-industry pay. Does not "get" how consulting organisations work.

      Cohesive has a great company culture and ensures that their employees have the tools that they need in order to succeed.

      Cons

      The only con would be an occasional lapse in communication, however this is the case in most organizations
