      Coingate is good for those who can self-organise their work and like the environment of small companies; All development teams are working in scrum and waterfall, work hard but pays-off equally and on merit; Teambuilding are dope and nothing like corporates can usually offer.

      No structure as at corporate companies sometimes makes things work slower; No coffee machine in each office
