Pros

You will get free breakfast , lunch, snacks and lot of indoor games like Foss ball , carrom and chess. Lot of false commitment like ESOP, good bonus , good hike .

Cons

You have to become slave of Amit and Rohit. Last two technology heads are facing legal action. Most of the employees who left the company didn't get any releasing letter. So please don't join it otherwise you will get into the trap.

Few old fellows who know everything about the system

Cons

Some new fellows who know nothing about the system and want to run the company with their idiotic style. Few examples - 1. working Saturday 2. no increments/ bonuses 3. cost cutting, thus, getting rid of - meal cards, other perks employees used to get 4. crappy working environment 5. no matter if you have NO work BUT spend 8.5 hours in office daily 6. you're not on your seat for 10 mins and the CEO will call your manager to check 7. CEO scolds people if they are taking more than 10 mins in having breakfast 8. leave deduction if you're late even by 2mins 9. more than 50% of the staff has resigned post joining of our new so-called CEO. But the investors do not care 10. No vision 11. No learnings
