      The culture in India site is very very bad Work life balance is terrible You will be judged by the HR if you reach out for any help Leadership is unstable and don't have a sense of managing people and building a good work culture Too much of politics played by the leadership

      Exposure to a sunrise industry . Decent talent.

      Cons

      India site set up badly by the first site leader who realised this, ran away to US and almost forget the site after that. The site has little support, so many are unhappy, many left already . Some false promises made . 2 L8s also left now. Run away from India site even if you are offered diamonds.
