The people are the best. You will find very kind, smart, and hard-working people here in the company.

Cons

Somehow the environment becomes so toxic. I believe many people leave because of this reason alone.

Great people to work with. As a startup company, flexibility and open - door policy. Fairly competent leadership.

Cons

Not so much structured, which is a common downside of a startup but when you factor in the fact that it's been around for quite some years, it's kinda weird to think that people didn't care too much about actually building the organizational structure and business models.. Also do it first cut corners culture.
