Talented technical team can crank out innovative features at an incredible rate. Everyone has strong worth ethic and is passionate about what they are doing.
Cons
Company lacks long term business strategy. Needs a bit more focus on short term vs long term achievements. Product can do many things, but risks being a master of none.
