      1. Management can't even bid for good projects 2. Employees who are here since long, they are also not willing to continue with this company 3. Company founder and higher management should not make fool of the competitive resources 4. Management is nothing without ground workers 5. Please choose another company if you have opportunity to select 6. This company is no way giving you good opportunity 7. No work life balance 8. No perks to join this company 9. Even you can't demand your own leaves

      I don’t think so, i have seen any.

      Cons

      No Hike, No Career Even, now they are cutting your half of incentive with no reason. They made all the things worse also now their incentive system is getting worse. Only 1 Diwali holiday has been given, even your client is on holiday still you have to work. You will never get any festival holiday.

      There is no micromangement which is nice Hiring process is fast.

      Cons

      No job security whenever your project ends you will be layed off. There are few exceptions I got project immediately but my 57 colleague from my team got layed off. During Notice period you will be receiving 50% of the basic salary only They can change the notice period duration without ur consent. You will always work under the fear that you may lose your job next quarter 😞
