      Salary is on time.HR is cooperative .

      Cons

      I worked with Collaborate for more than 1 year. They have only 1 project.They tell lie to new candidates that they have projects.Manager is arrogant ,He does nt have vision.He fires people like anything. In last 1 year 5 people are fired. If he will not like someone he will fire.. manager does not listen to them. Lazy environment where there is no value of technical people.

      every thing, they say one salary and while joining they say other salary, they will ask to give 3 years bond, 3lakh security, certificates for 8000 salary, do not join this company.

      1)Fake promises by recruiters. 2)Removed employees without prior notice 3)can hold your sallary anytime giving reasons 4)HR / recruiters will not attend your calls/mails for your full n final settlement.
