      Good pay, wonderful kiddos, and close coworkers

      Cons

      Management doesn’t take you seriously Promise one thing and you get the exact opposite If you have medical issues do NOT work here, they will deny you leaving to go to the ER

      I love all the coworkers I work with! We have a great bond and they all feel like family!

      Cons

      I wish the benefits were a bit better, but the pay is higher than most places which helps a little bit.

      Helping families and toddlers by teaching strategies to develop language skills through play based therapy. Building lasting connections with parents and their little ones. Making your own schedule, building your own caseload and being your own boss (to an extent).

      Communication lag time, drive time and mileage, inconsistent pay due to cancellations
