Pros

Excellent benefits but not worth it at the end of the day.

Cons

The owner Kris Kurtenbach has no life so she works all weekend and expects everyone to do the same. Owner's overwhelming mood swings leave little confidence on what you may face each day. Absolutely no tact and any issues are discussed with humiliation and getting belittled. Then it is often discussed with everyone. She also reads everyone's emails to keep control on them.

Great people, good work, culture of blame

Pros

Working with smart people to improve education. Very interesting clients across the spectrum of education. Opportunity to do some very meaningful work.

Cons

As others have said, the environment is toxic and mismanaged. Smart, hard working people seem to come and go at a regular clip.

Pros

Some quality clients, but business development is often aimless and based on past relationships, which often are damaged. The full portfolio of projects leans towards repetitious event planning, even though the organization boasts it has other service offerings. This organization leans heavily on subcontractors for creativity and more substantive work.

Cons

The organization is run by a married couple that understands how to bully employees and set up an extremely toxic atmosphere. Employees usually have two choices: to help the partners bully other employees, or leave. Lots of whining, yelling, and screaming from the partners. Inane, meaningless conversations. One partners rarely shows up to the office. The accounting is iffy at best. Unfortunately, greed and marital issues are the business drivers for this organization. The business has a bad reputation amongst its peers.
