Pros

The people I worked with were committed to bettering the lives of young children. Flexible work hours allowed me to attend my children's functions. Working at a non-profit I was exposed to many more types of responsibilities that I would not have at a large corporation.

Cons

The workload was tremendous, the job description was over the top for an hourly employee to keep up with.

Pros

There are no longer any pros in working for this company

Cons

The leadership of this organization is poor!!! Due to this poor management and leadership, they have lost a $9-$11million dollar contract which we held for over 20 years. This is aweful and the president does not care how her actions caused this loss to the livelihood of over 60 staff. The board has also failed in holding her accountable for misleading them and quite frankly - she should be FIRED!!!
