CLS America is very poorly organized and managed. The company has no real strategic vision. The corporate internal communications is beyond horrible. The upper management is not held accountable for doing a terrible job. They are in positions that they are unqualified for. In general (with the exception of the programmers), employees lack expertise in the positions they are hired for. Unfortunately there is no credit given to those who develop ideas (upper management takes credit from their employees). There is no annual salary increases; you basically remain at what you are hired at. There is a weird relationship between headquarters in France and it's subsidiaries.
