Pros

Good place to start off in the industry and build a foundation. Beautiful office space/showroom and great NYC location. CEO is a great. Many talented people. Great brands and licenses to get experience with.

Cons

Serious lack of professionalism, especially coming from mid/upper management. Office gossip; mean girl, fake team & borderline toxic environment. Long hours, especially before market week...we're talking about 12 hr days, breakfast, lunch and dinner practically chained to your desk. Some employees are treated like dumping grounds and are overworked while others leave on the dot everyday. The mentality that it's not acceptable to come in 5 minutes past 9am but perfectly OK to stay 2, 3, or 4 hours after standard office hours. Turnover rate is extremely high. Many lifers in their positions, the majority who are detrimental to the moral of the employees and the evolution/growth of the company. Employees also tend to stick around in their positions before a slight promotion. Lack of proper training to new hires causing inconsistency in work processes. Pay could be way more competitive.
