      Discount on products, free coffee and tea

      Cons

      This company will work you till you have nothing left to give. They have people making decisions who have no idea what they are talking about, not to mention these "managers" are high most of the time. Extremely unprofessional of upper management to do this and not even hide it. You are spoken down to on a consistent basis and if you are not with the family or part of it watch out!

      The people that are left in this company are some of the greatest people Ive ever worked with. Also the fact that you get a discount on product is accurate.

      Cons

      I have never been compelled to write a review until I saw management post obviously fake reviews with high ratings on this page. It means that you can see the failures in the culture and instead of taking active steps to fix it you are trying to cover it up. Its appalling. Departments are small because people leave and are never replaced, but the same results are expected. Other people are fired over personal vendettas rather than the quality of their work. No one is inspired by the leadership, they try to succeed despite it.

      None, unless you: like being degraded & spoken down to. Being taken away from your class to do clients that were not moved, working 11 + hour days without a break, being asked to do everyone else’s job

      Cons

      unprofessional management, constantly using dirty towels, unclean, takes advantage of students & staff, unfair, unsanitary cups, mould & mice problem
