      Best company to work, employee friendly, gives maximum opportunity to employees. A company which always take initiatives in the industry

      Cons

      I don't think there is any cons in the current organisation but no every organisation is perfect so far. Some initiative are not up to the marks due to that company has to suffer

      Pros

      You can tell that College Track cares a great deal about the students and employees. They offer many paid trainings that teach you to become a better educator. In addition, they offer many resources for students whether they are a top student or a student who is struggling in a class. I believe anyone would benefit from working with College Track.

      Cons

      Some days were more hectic, while others were very slow.
