Awesome, awesome benefits package including healthcare (not even sure how many times a health care provider has asked who I work for, because my health plan is amazing. I pay in somewhere around $100/month total and have full coverage for my entire family with one of the best health plans available.) 401k w/ company match, profit sharing (it's a weird system, by department), bonuses, and some cool small perks such as company contribution toward Costco membership and gym membership, etc. Also, company culture is just pretty wonderful. Flexible work schedule.
Cons
Perhaps to balance out some of the great perks and benefits, base salary tends to be on the lower side of industry norms.

Management is rapidly creating a new culture inspiring innovation. Lots of great product roll outs. Department presentations at company meetings gives you a lens into various parts of business. Overall excitement amongst employees.
Cons
This is to be determined. However, so far, the culture seems good, benefits are great, and I love who I work with.

They take good care of their people, benefits are top notch.

Departments are a bit Silo'd so it can be a bit difficult at times for the left hand to know what the right hand is doing.

- Good work/life balance and company culture - Good health benefits - Flexible work schedules and WFH policy - Co-workers are very friendly, easy to get along with, and enjoyable to work with
Cons
- Rubicon has taken over the company and will probably make significant changes - Widespread department layoffs from time to time - Uses older technology and is aversive to innovate - Pay is lower than industry standard for most employees - Tendency to be siloed and on your own - Advancement can be difficult and personal development usually has to be found outside the scope of work as opposed to working with newer tech
