      - Made some great friends - was able to learn a lot

      Cons

      -Management is a nightmare, had more managers in 2022 at Collibra than the rest of my career combined - Duties change day by day, making it truly difficult to understand where you stand in the company and among your peers - This company has more management than they do actual people to do the work
