Pros

HR Team (excluding management) is the only positive thing about this place

Cons

This is one of the worst companies you could work for, regardless of your level of experience. Employees are consistently overworked, undervalued, and burned out. Management consists largely of individuals who have spent their entire careers at the company and lack exposure to other industries, environments, or workplace cultures. Many were promoted internally without developing the leadership or people-management skills required for upper management roles. Communication is often disrespectful and condescending, creating a demoralizing work environment. Employees are treated similarly to union staff, starting with only 10 “entitlement days,” which must be submitted at the beginning of the year. You are required to wait five years before receiving additional days. Any changes due to emergencies are met with little empathy or flexibility. Turnover—especially within the HR department—is extremely high, and employees are routinely expected to perform the work of two roles at once, only to be criticized for falling behind. Offer letters state that positions are overtime-eligible with approval, which appears appealing given the below-market salaries. In reality, overtime is never approved—even when worked—and employees are told to “manage their time better.” No matter how much effort you put in or how many roles you absorb, year-end feedback often cites poor company performance as justification for minimal bonuses. Meanwhile, the company spares no expense on a large annual holiday party that many employees dread, especially after receiving negative performance reviews just days earlier. It’s a stark contrast to the low pay, lack of appreciation, and constant pressure placed on staff.

Pros

If they decide to keep you, the pay can be good because they offer alot of overtime

Cons

Overtime pay is often delayed and added to a later paycheck rather than the pay period in which it was earned. Additionally, hiring practices appear heavily weighted toward Hispanic candidates, with noticeably fewer opportunities extended to applicants from other racial or cultural backgrounds.
